Your manager sends you a short message with a link and a code like ACT-7QK4.
Easiest: open that message on your phone and tap the link. You are signed in — nothing else to do.
Or type it: go to katie2.kidstopia-us.com, enter your mobile number and the code, then tap Sign in.
Keep it handy: add Katie to your home screen. On iPhone (Safari) tap Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android (Chrome) tap ⋮ → Add to Home screen. It then opens like an app.
Then make it yours: on your first sign-in Katie offers to set up a password or Face ID / Touch ID. Do it once and you never need to ask for a code again.

Good to know
The link stays good for 7 days and works on every device you sign in from — your phone and your computer can both use the same one, no need to ask for a second code.
Your mobile number must be the one your manager has on file — if it changed, tell them to update it.
Sign-in is per device. You can stay signed in for 30 days.
Password and Face ID never expire, and a manager can reset them for you if you get locked out.
